Two component , water based epoxy surface preparation primer. Developed as penetrating primer for concrete, metal, glass and wood surfaces. Because of its low viscosity , penetrates cavities on the surface of the concrete and prevents water and oil absorption. It has very high bonding strength to the applied substrate. It is designed for use in both interior and exterior priming situations. It can be applied to damp surfaces with confidence. Because of long working time, it can be applied with brush or roller.
